A good rule of thumb is to expect at least 6 months to see SEO results. It might be shorter if you already have an established website, it might be longer if you have a new site or are in a competitive niche.

Most clients see movement in the first 3-6 months, which is why I offer a discount on longer retainer commitments.

I believe clear is kind, which is why I put all my pricing on this page. You don’t have to call me or get through a form to know whether I’m in your budget or not.

All pricing is based off small- to medium-sized websites, which I define as approximately 25 pages. Larger sites, ecommerce catalogs, or multi-location businesses may be quoted individually based on scope.

SEO takes time to show results, and I’d rather work with clients who are prepared to give it the runway it needs to succeed. If you can’t commit to at least three months yet, start with a one-time audit and I’ll give you recommendations to improve on your own.

If you commit to a 6-month contract on Start Strong, Gain Momentum, or All In packages, you’ll save 15%.

I do also offer a 10% discount for veteran-owned businesses and nonprofits.

My Go All In package includes either two pieces of new content, or 3 pieces of updated content.

Otherwise, content writing is available as an add-on to any of my SEO packages, or as a standalone service in itself.

I have experience in a variety of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Cosmic, Expression Engine, and custom-created sites. I do require direct access to your site; I do not work through developers or other third parties.

Yes, I require website access. If I’m accountable to your performance, I need to be the one making changes to your site. I will always ask for approval before making major site changes.

The Start Strong package covers your core pages — home, about, contact, and similar.

Gain Momentum and Go All In extend that optimization to your entire site, including blog posts, service pages, and product pages, up to the 25-page limit noted above.

If I already have access to your site as a retainer client, I’ll upload it directly to your site as part of my fee.

If you’ve received written content from me outside of a retainer or I don’t have website access, you’ll get a copy-paste-ready JSON-LD block along with your content, so you or your developer can drop it straight in.

I use a variety of tools, including: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Mangools, and SE Ranking. I do use Claude AI for large data analysis, but I will never allow my AI to access your website or your business in any way.

It depends on your budget and what shape your website is in. If you’re not sure, I’m happy to hop on a call to discuss your business goals and get a feel for your website. Sometimes you just need a couple structural fixes to make a big impact, other times you really need to start from scratch.

I’ve heard this a lot, and I get that a lot of people distrust SEO. My goal is always to make you feel comfortable with what’s going on with your SEO, including an explanation of everything I’m doing and why. I don’t chase vanity metrics like impressions and I won’t upsell you every time we talk.

No. Anyone who guarantees they can get you rankings (of any kind) is being dishonest. On top of that, rankings are a vanity metric if they don’t translate into actual new business. My focus is on the latter.

Absolutely! I get that budgets and priorities change, and if you want to scale up or down during a contract, we can discuss it. I will never lock you into a tier that doesn’t suit your needs.
