Who Is This Person Who Wants Your Money?

For what it’s worth, I really want to see you succeed. But money is nice too.

Nobody ever told me I had to go through life as a one-trick pony. I am a military veteran and a free spirit; an embracer of technology who insists on reading books on paper; a Pinterest-mom wannabe who still buys store-made cookies.

The only line I’ll draw in the sand: a great steak doesn’t require dressing and shouldn’t be cooked more than medium-rare. Although I do love a good bacon wrap and mushrooms on top.

And yes, I also love bold colors.

Professionally, I find SEO is the perfect combination of technical expertise and creative thinking, and I enjoy helping people use it to their advantage. If you want to improve your presence online, I’d love to help you get there.

Working With Me

I operate from the perspective that we’re all adults here, whether we like it or not. If you show up for me, I’ll show up for you.

But while we’re here, these are my non-negotiables:

  • Proactive communication. If I’m going to be late on something, whether it’s a deliverable or following up on a request, I will let you know as soon as I even think I might miss a deadline. I expect the same from you, whether it’s needing to change a meeting time or paying an invoice.
  • Clear is kind. I will never withhold information or gatekeep, and I will be honest with you always. I expect the same treatment in return.
  • Respect no matter what. I will do my best to respect your time, your money, and your expertise. Clients who cannot do the same for me will not be clients long.

Sound like the kind of person you like working with? Check out my SEO services and let’s do this thing!

I feel like I’m talking a lot. Here’s a picture of one of my favorite places in the world to cleanse your eyeballs. This is Roughlock Falls in Spearfish Canyon, South Dakota. I took this picture in the fall one year when I manage to time the leaves just right. Pretty, right?

Okay back to business.

I’m a Veteran-Owned Business

I joined the Air Force when I was 17 years old, and spent the first 16 years of adulthood flying airplanes, leading airmen, and traveling the world.

Weird background for a writer with pink hair? Maybe.

I could expound on the virtues of having served, but I’m sure you’ll figure out that I work a bit differently than others in this field. Part of that is the military, part of it is ADHD, I’ll let you figure out which is which when we chat.

I’m currently pursuing formal veteran-owned business certification through Washington State. If your company tracks supplier diversity for vendor selection, I’d be glad to provide documentation once certification is complete — reach out and we can talk timeline.
